The Ballroom, Latin & Swing Social Dance Association (“BLS”) is a 501(c)(4) not-for-profit organization that promotes ballroom dance by providing quality social dance opportunities in a welcoming, enthusiastic atmosphere and by conducting other activities that promote the enjoyment of ballroom dance. We’re organized according to these By-Laws as well as our Standing Rules (displayed below the By-Laws). We encourage members to be familiar with these governing documents that describe how we function.
