These documents show how the Ballroom, Latin & Swing Social Dance Association (BLS) operates as a a 501(c)(4) not-for-profit IRS approved organization with a mission to promote ballroom dancing by providing quality social dance opportunities and other ballroom dance activities in a welcoming, enthusiastic atmosphere.
